The brief

With the HSBC Early Careers team: a series of recruitment videos to show recent graduates the different career paths in the HSBC group, delivered in time for the new academic year while every set was shut.

What we made

Honest interviews recorded over Zoom with graduates around the world. Each contributor had a technical call on camera, light and sound first, then a one-hour interview directed by the producer. Footage went straight to the editors.
